Resident Care Coordinator - $17 to $22 per HOUR

The Resident Care Coordinator role at TerraBella Senior Living is a critical position dedicated to the seamless coordination of resident care within the community. • Must meet minimum criteria to perform as a Supervisor in Charge in the State of North Carolina
• Must be a licensed Medication Technician or CNA with at least one year of experience preferred
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must express or demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population
• Must demonstrate a warm, outgoing and compassionate personality
• Must be a person of deep moral integrity with demonstrated maturity and leadership skills
• Must have knowledge of community agencies and appreciation for social and life history status of the residents
