The Resident Care Coordinator role at TerraBella Senior Living is a critical position dedicated to the seamless coordination of resident care within the community. This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities primarily focused on managing care schedules, maintaining accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with physician orders, and supporting direct care staff. A Resident Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in helping maintain high standards of care by assisting the Director of Health and Wellness with training new care managers and medication technicians, ensuring regulatory adherence, and stepping in to supervise resident care services when the Director is not available.

- Must meet minimum criteria to perform as a Supervisor in Charge in the State of North Carolina
- Must be a licensed Medication Technician or CNA with at least one year of experience preferred
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must express or demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population
- Must demonstrate a warm, outgoing and compassionate personality
- Must be a person of deep moral integrity with demonstrated maturity and leadership skills
- Must have knowledge of community agencies and appreciation for social and life history status of the residents
