• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of culinary management experience
• multi-unit management experience preferred
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• leadership and supervisory experience
• financial management expertise including P&L accountability
• ability to develop and implement operational strategies
• willingness to travel regionally
• proficiency in MS Office preferred
