The General Manager role at Dave & Buster's and Main Event Entertainment is a pivotal leadership position responsible for inspiring and driving accountability among the team to achieve business success while upholding the company’s Culture of FUN. This full-time position involves overseeing all operational aspects including food, beverages, entertainment, staffing, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. The General Manager provides strong leadership, supervision, and strategic guidance to ensure that business objectives are met or exceeded. This includes managing budgets, cost control, inventory, and profitability analysis to optimize financial results.

This position offers a competitive salary range of approximately $81,299 to $95,646 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, including quarterly bonuses, health benefits, employee assistance programs, 401K matching, and generous perks such as free food and gameplay.
