This full-time position involves overseeing all operational aspects including food, beverages, entertainment, staffing, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. The General Manager provides strong leadership, supervision, and strategic guidance to ensure that business objectives are met or exceeded. This includes managing budgets, cost control, inventory, and profitability analysis to optimize financial results. The role demands a seasoned professional with a proven record of successfully managing restaurant or hospitality operations, meeting financial goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will excel at leading and motivating a diverse team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
