The position available is for a Receptionist/Office Clerk, a full-time role requiring up to 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday and as needed. The receptionist/office clerk plays a vital role as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsibly managing inquiries and supporting the Cemetery Family Service Representatives with a variety of clerical tasks. Duties include answering phone calls, processing payments for cemetery services, assisting families with locating gravesites, coordinating with monument companies, and maintaining accurate records of contracts and payments.
