The role of a Receptionist at CBRE is an essential frontline position within the organization, providing world-class administrative and customer service support in a designated building. This onsite role, scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, offers a competitive pay rate of $25.00 per hour. The receptionist will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and professional environment by greeting visitors and clients, answering and directing phone calls efficiently, and facilitating smooth day-to-day operations within the office space.
In addition to administrative duties, this position involves coordinating meeting rooms, managing catering orders, and ensuring all technological equipment is ready for use, contributing to the seamless execution of meetings and events. The receptionist will also be responsible for security procedures, including issuing visitor passes and parking validations, tracking mail and packages, and arranging hospitality services such as transportation and tickets for guests. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures while demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving capabilities within a supportive team environment.
