The Receptionist is tasked with managing patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, answering phone calls, verifying insurance details, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, and performing other administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a friendly demeanor to foster positive patient interactions. Experience in a medical office setting and familiarity with insurance verification processes are preferred, though the clinic offers training to suitable candidates eager to develop their skills.
