This position plays a vital role in ensuring that every guest, resident, and employee receives courteous and professional support. The Concierge is primarily responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone communications, taking accurate messages, and providing general information to community members. This front-facing role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational capabilities as the Concierge handles various administrative tasks such as maintaining resident logs and coordinating appointments for residents and their families.
