The Urban Air Mokena location is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Sanitation Team Members. These roles are available on both part-time and full-time bases, providing flexible scheduling options to suit a variety of lifestyle needs. The ideal candidates should possess reliable transportation to and from the park and be available to work between 15-20 hours weekly for part-time positions or up to 40 hours for full-time roles. This position requires physical capability, including the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds. Candidates must also be able to follow directions keenly and adhere strictly to the park’s sanitation protocols. The Sanitation Team Members play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall hygiene of the park, contributing directly to the outstanding guest experience that defines Urban Air’s brand. Responsibilities include performing high touchpoint sanitation initiatives, effectively cleaning park floors and attractions, servicing restrooms, managing waste removal, and restocking essential supplies like paper towels and soap. The role extends to cleaning and maintaining the parking lot, including trash collection and debris removal, as well as assisting with event setups by arranging tables and chairs.
