The Concierge position at Waltonwood is central to maintaining the community's exceptional standards of hospitality and administrative support. Concierges serve as the first and last impression for visitors, residents, and staff, delivering top-tier customer service in every interaction. This role involves greeting and directing residents and visitors, managing internal and external communication through phone calls, and responding to a wide range of inquiries and requests. Importantly, Concierges also carry out administrative and clerical support tasks for community leadership while enforcing safety, security, and emergency procedures to ensure everyone’s well-being.
Beyond administrative duties, Waltonwood Concierges are the social heart of their communities. They forge strong bonds with residents and their families by engaging positively in daily interactions, contributing to the overall comfort and quality of the community. This role requires a blend of professionalism, empathy, and organizational aptitude to manage various responsibilities such as resident charge collection, roster updates, front desk management, and supporting department heads and executive staff.

                - proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
 - knowledge of multiple phone line operations and proper phone etiquette
