We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to join our team. The Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in leading the hotel’s sales initiatives and driving business growth in both new and existing markets. This leadership role involves inspiring and developing a high-performing sales team while maintaining the highest levels of service and professionalism. This position offers a competitive salary range of $112,872 to $141,090, reflecting the importance of the role and the expertise required. The Director of Sales will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and business partners. Collaborating closely with marketing teams, this individual will guide public relations, advertising efforts, and administrative reporting strategies that align with the property's marketing plan.
An essential aspect of the role is monitoring industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure strategic decision-making is well-informed by financial and market data. Organizational skills are a must, as the Director will prioritize and document work efficiently to meet critical business deadlines. Successful collaboration across internal departments is vital to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
