This position is for a Restaurant General Manager at a Taco Bell franchise restaurant. The role involves full responsibility for the operation of the entire restaurant and for building a strong, capable team that consistently delivers great food and a friendly customer experience. The Restaurant General Manager plays a key leadership role in the restaurant by finding, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads. They conduct new hire orientations and develop tailored training plans for each new employee to ensure that all team members are well-prepared for their roles. The manager is also in charge of scheduling and correctly deploying the team to meet operational needs while addressing any performance issues that arise.
