The Public Area Attendant role is a full-time position based at the Sandia Casino and Resort in Albuquerque, NM. The position is hourly, offering a competitive pay range between $16.82 and $21.03 per hour and primarily involves day shift work. This role is crucial to maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the casino and associated facilities, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests and staff. As a Public Area Attendant, you will perform a wide range of custodial duties, including heavy cleaning tasks that require thorough attention to detail and adherence to management directives and established standard operating procedures.
The role demands physical stamina and the ability to use various cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively, including ladders and high lift devices. You will be responsible not only for cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, trash disposal, and restroom maintenance but also for ensuring that communal and public spaces like Bingo Halls, Slot Machine areas, and other furnishings remain spotless and welcoming.
