We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for a role centered on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced entertainment and hospitality setting. Initial salary placement is determined by relevant expertise and experience, with a base rate starting at $10.53 per hour plus tips, complemented by a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The role involves a variety of responsibilities essential for maintaining an inviting and organized environment. Key duties include providing stellar customer service to ensure guest satisfaction; managing dishware by retrieving, cleaning, and distributing plates, silverware, and glassware; maintaining cleanliness throughout the work and guest areas with tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal; and supporting operational efficiency by stocking supplies and preparing tables with immaculate presentation. This job demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy items, and adherence to all company policies, gaming laws, and safety protocols. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people
- Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs including but not limited to counting money
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds regularly
- Ability to push, pull, drag and/or lift 165 pound keg up to 6 inches off the ground
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl frequently
- Ability to work in sometimes loud environments
