This position involves active engagement with customers to create a friendly and efficient shopping environment, supporting other team members, and managing inventory control to minimize product shrinkage. The ideal candidate for this role is enthusiastic about customer service, exhibits attention to detail in food preparation and handling, and is comfortable following specific technical instructions such as product processing and label placement. They must be able to use company tools like the average cost inventory system (ACIS) and ordering systems (CAO) efficiently. Beyond customer interaction, the role demands adherence to safety and regulatory standards to maintain a secure workplace for both customers and associates.
