The Production Chef will be responsible for managing both the culinary and food service operations within their assigned location, ensuring all aspects of the kitchen run smoothly and efficiently while upholding Bon Appetit's high standards for quality and service. The role involves full culinary management duties including inventory control, ordering and receiving supplies, menu development, and cost control with an emphasis on sourcing and utilizing local food products to enhance sustainability.   • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of menu development, purchasing and inventory
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for sustainability and quality food preparation
  • Ability to manage P&L and contract services
  • Certification in food safety such as ServSafe preferred
