The role of a Casino and Spa Janitorial Staff member at Full House Resorts is critical in maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the property. This position involves continuous upkeep of the casino floor, spa amenities, parking areas, and exterior premises to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities include trash removal, floor cleaning with specialized equipment, restroom sanitation, and general upkeep of spa treatment rooms, relaxation zones, fitness areas, and pool decks. Additionally, the role requires monitoring safety conditions and compliance with established safety procedures, creating a secure environment for everyone on site.
This position is offered as a full-time role with an hourly wage starting at $18.00, with additional shift differentials for overnight shifts based on experience. - Experience in janitorial or housekeeping duties preferably in a spa setting
- Successful completion of hazardous material and bloodborne pathogens training within 3 to 6 months
- Ability to perform physical activities including frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, and standing for an entire shift
- Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work any day of the week including occasional additional hours
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals including citrus acid based agents
