Your responsibilities may extend to assist in apartment make-readies, helping with tasks such as trash removal, painting, and cleaning to prepare homes for new residents. Moreover, as the Champion of Community Appearance, you will participate in routine community inspections and assist with groundskeeping, landscaping maintenance, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation duties, and pool upkeep as directed by the Service Manager.
