The role of the Dedicated Porter is an essential part of our property maintenance team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. This position requires a motivated individual who is committed to maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our properties to enhance resident satisfaction and uphold our high standards. The porter is a visible ambassador of Campus Apartments, often the first point of contact for residents and guests, so a positive attitude and strong customer service skills are vital. In this role, the Dedicated Porter will ensure that common areas, hallways, restrooms, grounds, and breezeways are impeccably clean and welcoming. Responsibilities go beyond basic cleaning to include tasks such as trash collection, furniture placement assistance, snow removal and ice control during winter, along with support in pool and light maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor. The nature of the role involves both indoor and outdoor work, requiring physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently under various weather conditions.
