We are currently seeking an experienced Porter to join our full-time team, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of both the interior and exterior spaces of the community. This position requires a hands-on approach to cleaning and minor maintenance duties within apartments, common areas, and amenities, ensuring that the property remains welcoming and functional. The successful candidate will have previous experience in janitorial or caretaking roles and demonstrate strong customer service skills to interact effectively with residents and staff. The position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $16.00 to $16.50, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. The position demands a detail-oriented approach and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a larger maintenance team, ensuring that the residency's shared spaces and grounds are well-kept.
