As a Server, the individual will play a critical role in contributing to the quality of resident life by providing timely, courteous, and efficient meal service. The kitchen closes at 7 pm, ensuring shifts are well-defined and supportive of work-life balance. Candidates should be comfortable working every weekend, with a requirement to work every other weekend to meet operational needs. The Server role involves interacting closely with residents and guests, ensuring their satisfaction with meals, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. The Server will take meal and drink orders, serve food promptly, and maintain knowledge of menu specials and food items to assist residents effectively.
