Employees enjoy a complimentary delicious meal during their shift, helping to foster a sense of camaraderie and appreciation. In addition to a competitive salary, Resort Lifestyle Communities offers an attractive benefits package that includes a monthly stipend of $610 to be applied toward various benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverages, and flexible spending accounts among others. Paid holidays, vacation time, and a 401(k) with a generous employer match are also part of the comprehensive benefits designed to support our employees’ well-being and financial security. As a Cook, you will work closely with an experienced Executive Chef and a collaborative team to prepare and serve dynamic entrees that bring joy and satisfaction to our residents. Your passion for hospitality and professionalism will contribute significantly to the overall dining experience, ensuring that each meal is not only nutritious but also personalized and appealing. This role requires a strong commitment to food safety protocols and cleanliness standards to create a safe kitchen environment.
