Pharmacy Concierge (BILINGUAL SPANISH REQUIRED) - Full Time - Unity Health, Upper Cardozo

The Pharmacy Concierge role at VytlOne and Unity Health is full-time and requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule. The hours of work include Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm; Wednesday from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm; and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with no weekend or holiday shifts. The starting pay is $20 per hour, with compensation depending on the candidate's experience and skills. This role is critical in ensuring an excellent customer service experience in the clinic-based pharmacy setting. The Pharmacy Concierge warmly welcomes patients, maintains order and efficiency in the pharmacy lobby, facilitates communication between patients and pharmacy staff, and directs patients to pharmacy services beyond the immediate setting of the clinic. Additionally, the position involves educating patients regarding pharmacy communication systems and promptly addressing any concerns while adhering to VytlOne’s ethical business conduct and compliance policies. This position requires the ability to manage the mental and emotional demands of working in a high-touch healthcare environment, maintaining a warm and professional demeanor throughout. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to treating all patients with empathy and compassion, possess strong communication skills especially in bilingual Spanish, and have the organizational and technical skills necessary to contribute to the pharmacy’s smooth operation. • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Fluent bilingual Spanish speaking skills is a must
