This position does not involve heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping. To perform this role effectively, you must have a personal, reliable open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle capable of hauling a trailer. This job is designed to keep you moving, involving walking extensively around properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in all types of weather conditions. You will use a company mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival and departure times, tracking, and photographs for non-compliance situations. The role typically involves evening shifts from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM, making it a great option for those seeking part-time work in the range of 10-15+ hours per week.
