The position available is within the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa, a distinguished Spanish mission-style inn located in the heart of Wine Country. This property is renowned for its elegant accommodations and outstanding service that reflects the charm and beauty of its unique location. Employees here work together as a cohesive team of service professionals who share the common goal of welcoming, connecting with, and serving guests to create memorable experiences. The role revolves around providing exceptional dining room service aligned with SMI standards, ensuring a welcoming, timely, and professional environment that maximizes guest satisfaction. Tasks include setting and resetting tables according to standards, assisting servers with food and beverage supplies, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the menu and wine offerings. Employees also expedite clean products to various dining areas, restock service stations, deliver cheese cart service, and uphold the cleanliness of the restaurant spaces. This role demands a service-oriented personality, ability to manage the fast-paced environment professionally, and a team-first mindset. The shift availability primarily covers evenings (PM shifts), with an hourly rate of $19.50.
