We are currently seeking an energetic, experienced, and hands-on Server to join our team in a part-time capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a Server/Waitress/Waiter role where the shift begins at 5 a.m., including roles as Cashier and Dining Room Host. Availability on weekends and holidays is required, emphasizing a flexible and committed schedule. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
The role of Server at Schulte Companies involves a variety of responsibilities that extend beyond traditional serving duties. The Server will be expected to ensure the proper and sanitary storage of food, assist in cleaning major kitchen equipment like refrigerators and freezers, and monitor the receipt and storage of food items and supplies. Daily sterilization of dishes, silverware, and utensils is mandatory, emphasizing the company’s strong commitment to hygiene and food safety regulations. Candidates must be comfortable using kitchen equipment such as pressure fryers, griddles, and gas burners, and display the ability to read and execute recipes accurately. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to forty pounds unassisted and the capacity to work indoors while adapting to varying temperatures, including brief periods in walk-in freezers or near hot kitchen equipment.

- Minimum of one year experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role
- Ability to work flexible morning shifts including weekends and holidays
