We are currently seeking an energetic and compassionate Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our Memory Care team. This role is vital to the well-being of our residents, as it focuses on bringing joy, purpose, and meaningful connection to individuals living with memory loss. The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for creating and leading diverse activity programs that nurture the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Working closely with the Life Enrichment Director, Resident Care Manager, and other team members, the Coordinator plans and delivers programs tailored to reflect residents' interests, abilities, and life stories. In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to residents' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual wellness through thoughtfully designed group and one-on-one activities. You will build genuine, trusting relationships with residents and their families, encouraging participation in personalized programs that promote engagement and dignity. Additionally, you will coordinate special events, outings, and intergenerational programs that enhance the overall quality of life within the community. Your role will also involve maintaining detailed attendance records and documentation of participation to support care planning and continuous improvement. Safety is paramount; therefore, you will assist residents during outings, including the operation of accessible transportation with provided training. As part of the broader Life Enrichment team, you will support community-wide programs that create a vibrant and interconnected living experience for all residents.
