The role of the Concierge is a vital part of Invited's Member Experience team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable moments for club members before, during, and after each visit. This position requires a warm and personalized approach in managing phone calls, reservations, and general inquiries via emails, as well as fostering meaningful connections with members to make them feel valued and appreciated. The Concierge is not only a source of information but also an ambassador who promotes club offerings, social media engagement, and member communications, supporting various member experience initiatives.
The Concierge serves as a critical liaison between members and club services, ensuring outstanding first impressions through personalized greetings and seamless service. Responsibilities involve managing reservations for club programs, dining, and services while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This role also includes making outbound calls to new and at-risk members to ensure engagement, contributing to social media efforts and newsletters, and assisting with event promotion and registration. The Concierge embodies Invited's core values of Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells, ensuring every interaction enhances member satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting to the Member Experience Director, the Concierge provides a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving requests. Duties include welcoming calls with a friendly tone, promoting upcoming club events, informing members of club amenities, and maintaining accurate member profiles and preferences. The Concierge actively contributes to member experience initiatives by updating online calendars, managing message-on-hold systems, and ensuring personalized recognition through cards and welcome tents.
In addition to handling day-to-day duties, the Concierge is expected to assist in a dynamic work environment, collaborating with team members, following safety practices, and taking personal and professional growth seriously. The position requires a high level of professionalism, a service-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude, all aimed at creating magic moments that make members feel genuinely valued.
