The Concierge position at Las Ventanas is a part-time role, primarily covering Friday through Sunday and holidays, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the opportunity for additional on-call hours. The compensation for this role ranges from $17 to $20.50 per hour, depending on experience. This role is pivotal as it represents the first impression for all visitors and residents entering the HumanGood community. The Concierge is responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality, providing information both in person and over the phone, and performing general clerical and light administrative duties. Maintaining resident privacy, rights, and safety is paramount in this fast-paced and high-volume work environment. Candidates who succeed in this position possess strong customer service skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, and prior clerical or administrative experience. Proficiency with computer applications, including the Microsoft suite, desktop publishing software, internet browsers, fax, and copy machines, is required.
