• Be at least 16 years of age
• Complete company training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, bagger technical skills, and product knowledge
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
• Meet physical demands including lifting and moving up to 40 pounds and performing tasks requiring standing, walking, reaching, climbing occasionally
• Ability to work in environments with moderate noise and occasional exposure to wet, humid conditions, fumes, and mechanical parts
