We are currently seeking an outgoing Assistant Property Manager to join our fast-growing team at our location in XXXXXXXX. This full-time, hourly position offers weekday flexibility with some weekend hours required, making it ideal for individuals with excellent customer service skills who are eager to build a rewarding career in property management. The Assistant Property Manager will play a crucial role in helping customers navigate their self-storage needs and managing the rental process efficiently. They will be part of a team that values collaboration, professionalism, and dedication to client satisfaction. In this role, you will promote Storage King USA by showcasing our storage units, products, and current promotions to prospective and existing customers. You will be responsible for fostering positive community relations through local marketing outreach efforts, including leveraging the Storage King USA referral program and incentives. Your work will include converting telephone and walk-in inquiries into storage rentals, renting storage units and parking spaces, and selling store merchandise. Additionally, you will develop relationships and explore cross-promotion opportunities by partnering with local businesses within the communities we serve. Daily responsibilities also encompass performing property walks to check locks, ensure cleanliness and upkeep, sweep the property, clean storage units, maintain adequate supply levels, and carry out other light maintenance tasks to keep the facility running smoothly.
