• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance within hotels, resorts, commercial or institutional settings
• proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
• ability to perform light carpentry and painting
• certification in pool operation (preferred)
• valid driver’s license (preferred)
• excellent problem-solving skills
• ability to communicate effectively in English
• capability to manage preventive maintenance programs
