We are currently seeking a highly motivated Overnight Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and contribute to the exceptional resident and guest experience that defines Touchmark at All Saints. This overnight position is critical in maintaining the community's reputation for five-star hospitality and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk services during the late-night hours. The Overnight Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors arriving at or leaving the community during the overnight shift. The role requires a professional and friendly individual who excels in customer service and possesses a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include greeting and signing in and out all guests and vendors entering the building, handling all internal and external inquiries, and effectively tracking resident and guest requests to guarantee timely completion by the appropriate departments, including maintenance and housekeeping. Additionally, the Overnight Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for receiving and distributing mail and packages and assisting with coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs.
