The Operations Manager role at Raising Cane's is a pivotal leadership position responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and maintaining company standards and culture within the restaurant. This role involves managing daily restaurant functions, overseeing team members, and ensuring a superior customer experience aligned with Raising Cane’s core values. The position requires hands-on involvement in a fast-paced kitchen environment, necessitating physical stamina and the ability to perform various tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. The Operations Manager will also engage with customers, uphold safety protocols, and maintain restaurant cleanliness and functionality.
Key responsibilities include executing restaurant operations, acting as the manager on duty during shifts, handling cash accountability, enforcing company policies and standards, and providing exemplary customer service. Additionally, the role involves managing crewmember deployment, conducting shift meetings, documenting operational results, and authorizing employee functions as needed.
