We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team, taking on a vital guest services role supporting the financial goals of the hotel’s Food and Beverage department, specifically within the Starbucks facilities or other designated areas. This role plays a critical part in enhancing guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality beverages and food items efficiently and with excellent customer service. The Barista positions itself at the frontline of our operations in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working under pressure while consistently maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages following standard operating procedures that control costs and maintain consistent quality. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with operational standards. Your interactions with customers will be friendly and prompt, ensuring a memorable experience that encourages repeat visits and maximizes revenue and profitability for the hotel. This position requires a customer-centric attitude, an engaging personality, and the capability to work cohesively with the team while upholding the hotel’s image through personal appearance and conduct. • Have a minimum of 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer services experience to include cash handling
• Preferably previous Barista experience
