The Concierge position at Hope Lodge, located in Rochester, MN, plays a vital role as the frontline representative and ambassador for guests. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the comfort and well-being of guests who are often facing challenging circumstances related to cancer treatment. The Concierge is responsible for managing front desk operations with warmth, hospitality, and efficiency, ensuring every guest experiences a welcoming, supportive environment during their stay. From greeting guests and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes to providing detailed information about amenities and local attractions, the Concierge’s role extends beyond traditional hospitality duties.
Furthermore, the position includes managing transportation logistics—coordinating timely pickups and drop-offs, driving guests to appointments safely, and maintaining vehicles to high standards of cleanliness and safety. - Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field
