The role of Barback at the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa is a part-time position within Jim Bob's, the resort’s renowned bar and dining experience. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service that guests expect by ensuring quick, efficient, and professional bar services. The Barback's responsibilities include keeping the service stations well-stocked, assisting servers during operational hours, maintaining cleanliness in furniture and floors, and interacting with guests to provide an outstanding hospitality experience. The role requires flexibility in working hours with shifts that include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates in this position should be comfortable standing for extended periods and must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Successful associates will also be required to obtain TABC and Food Handler’s certifications upon hire. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Barback plays a critical role in supporting the overall bar operations and ensuring that guests encounter a seamless and enjoyable visit.
