This role primarily focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment, utensils, and the dining environment. Employees in this role will take on various responsibilities ranging from dishwashing and garbage management to setting up tables and patio furniture. The job includes tasks like scraping food from dishes, operating dishwashing machines, sweeping and washing floors, cleaning windows and restaurant filters, and ensuring tables and chairs are wiped down and organized. The employee will also be responsible for transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and restocking condiments and cutlery for customer use.
