The Night Audit Reception Concierge role at Maison Metier is essential in maintaining high standards of guest service during the overnight shift. This position is responsible for processing all guest check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and professionalism, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and handling the issuance and activation of room keys according to property policies. The role requires managing all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit cards, and ensuring that transactions are processed correctly to support the hotel's accounting requirements.
In addition to guest transactions, the Night Audit Reception Concierge handles incoming guest calls, messages, and requests, providing prompt and courteous responses to enhance the guest experience. Coordination with the Housekeeping department is crucial to track room readiness for check-ins and to address any guest concerns efficiently.
