The role of Bartender at Invited is a dynamic and engaging position integral to maintaining the high standards of service that the company is known for. The bartender is responsible for beverage control, accurate pouring, and the timely serving of drinks while ensuring the bar area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. This position demands excellence in customer service, requiring the bartender to provide a warm, personalized, and professional experience for all members and guests. The bartender is expected to consistently execute the three-steps of service, which aim to enhance the overall guest interaction and membership satisfaction. Working under the guidance of the Directors of Food & Beverage, Beverage, Restaurants, or Banquets, the bartender plays a critical role in supporting the club's food and beverage service goals. Responsibilities include greeting members by name, handling orders with precision, managing inventory responsibly, and resolving service issues in a professional manner. The bartender also contributes to a positive team environment by supporting fellow employees, participating actively in daily briefings, and adhering to company and club policies. Physical stamina is necessary for this role, as it involves standing and walking for extended periods, handling equipment, and occasional outdoor work.
