The Front Desk Manager role is an integral position within White Lodging’s Front Office department. This full-time leadership role is focused on managing daily shift operations to ensure seamless guest service and operational excellence. The Front Desk Manager is responsible not only for supervising front desk agents and supervisors but also for fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, development, and outstanding service delivery.
