Currently, Concord Hospitality is seeking an experienced hotel leader to serve as the General Manager of their AC Hotel located in the vibrant New Orleans French Quarter. This role is a full-time leadership position with a competitive salary range of $112,000 to $141,000 annually, reflecting the seniority and scope of responsibilities associated with managing a high-profile hotel in a bustling urban area.
As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind operating excellence, responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure the property meets or exceeds its financial objectives and service standards. Your leadership will inspire greatness within your team, fostering a positive, professional work environment that encourages individual growth and collaborative success. The position demands integrity, transparency, respect, and professionalism, as you set the tone for the hotel’s culture and guest experience.
