- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Texas driver's license or state issued ID card
- ability to obtain a food handler's card within 30 days of employment
- one to two years of experience working in a coffee shop or food service establishment
- previous Barista experience preferred
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- ability to communicate effectively
- willingness to learn new coffee techniques and operate new equipment
