• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• five plus years of hotel leadership experience including general manager experience in a lifestyle or boutique property
• proven expertise in food and beverage operations with record of driving food and beverage revenue and excellence
• experience creating and executing entertainment and guest programming that resonates with lifestyle hotel guests
• strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making
• excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• hands-on, guest-first approach with ability to lead by example and inspire at all levels
• deep understanding of Nashville market and local hospitality scene is a plus
