This part-time Store Associate role is based in Trenton-Hamilton, NJ, and offers a base pay range of $15.49 to $17.90 per hour. The position centers on delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers in locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Team members in this role are also responsible for merchandising duties including stock replenishment, truck unloading, and maintaining store recovery standards to meet the company’s brand promises. The role requires active participation in Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), emphasizing the integration of online and in-store experiences. Additionally, Associates educate customers on company programs like the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, promoting benefits and completing enrollments. The role also involves supporting store safety and shrink programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and fostering a respectful and positive environment among team members and customers alike. Cross-training in custom framing selling and production is part of the job, expanding the scope of expertise for the Associate. Physical demands include standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting heavy boxes, and working on ladders safely. Work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings, reflecting the dynamic nature of retail operations.
