The Membership Concierge I role is a vital position within Life Time, serving as the first point of contact for all members and guests. This role is designed for individuals passionate about health and wellness who excel in delivering outstanding customer service in a friendly and fast-paced environment. As a membership concierge, you will be responsible for greeting members and guests, answering incoming phone calls, and providing detailed information about the club’s programs, events, pricing, and policies. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting members with transactions and account changes, ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfying. The position promotes a hospitality mindset, encouraging relationship-building with members to enhance member loyalty and satisfaction. • Minimum of 6 months service or reception experience
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
