The Medical Receptionist at TrueCare plays a vital role in creating an efficient, welcoming, and well-organized front office environment that supports the delivery of patient care at one of the organization's health centers. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills as the receptionist is often the first point of contact for patients seeking medical services. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for managing patient flow by registering new patients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries via phone and in person, updating medical records, and processing payments. They must maintain a professional demeanor while efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk to ensure that the healthcare facility operates smoothly. This role supports the clinic’s mission by delivering excellent customer service, ensuring patient confidentiality, and assisting patients in understanding TrueCare’s services, policies, and procedures.
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $21.00 to $29.40, reflecting a commitment to fair pay based on education, experience, and internal equity. - High school diploma or equivalent
- one (1) year experience as a Medical Receptionist or administrative/clerical experience
