This career opportunity is for a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator within Geosyntec’s Florida offices, supporting a variety of talented environmental practitioners. This full-time role incorporates a hybrid work schedule at the company’s discretion, blending remote work with on-site collaboration. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the firm’s outreach and proposal submissions, which are essential for winning new business and expanding market presence. You will be responsible for coordinating the development, editing, and production of compliant, comprehensive, and compelling proposals and statements of qualifications (SOQs) that accurately communicate Geosyntec's expertise and competitive advantages. The Marketing and Proposal Coordinator role demands superb organizational and writing skills to manage multiple deliverables and submittals. You will participate actively in the go/no-go decision-making process for potential proposals and develop strategic responses aligned with client expectations and selection criteria. Utilizing a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, the coordinator will oversee content management, including maintaining master resumes, project descriptions, and content libraries that include prior proposals and boilerplate materials. You will collaborate closely with project teams and marketing personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality materials for both digital and print formats, while assisting with the firm’s online presence, such as social media updates and website content. This position also involves event planning, membership management of corporate client organizations, and proposal assembly including editing, formatting, and graphic development to ensure the professional delivery of submittals. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experience
• at least 2 years of professional experience preferred
• demonstrated writing skills with critical and analytical thinking
• formatting, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
• familiarity with Illustrator and graphic design experience preferred
• ability to understand and follow complex instructions
• ability to multitask and prioritize
• ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines
• valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record
• current U.S. work authorization
