The position available at Oakmont of Riverpark is for a Marketing Coordinator, a vital role within the Marketing Department responsible for supporting various administrative and operational marketing functions. This full-time position runs from Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm, with a competitive pay range of $23.00 to $24.00 per hour. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in promoting the community's offerings to prospects and referral sources, and ensures a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry through resident move-in. The coordinator's responsibilities include organizing community marketing events, handling inbound inquiries via telephone, walk-ins, and mail, maintaining accurate records within marketing databases, and conducting community tours as a backup to the marketing team. The role demands strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective residents, their families, and other stakeholders. Moreover, the Marketing Coordinator collaborates with the team to manage event logistics and implements marketing plans within budget constraints. The position also involves active participation in resident and family events both onsite and offsite to build and sustain referral relationships. The coordinator serves as a liaison for new residents and their families, ensuring smooth transitions and a welcoming experience.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in marketing or related field preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in computer applications, including databases and Microsoft Office
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • valid first aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • ability to pass background check and health screenings
