As a Managing Partner (General Manager) at Texas Roadhouse, you will assume the pivotal role of overseeing the entire restaurant operation, ensuring that every guest experiences the legendary food and service that define the brand. This role requires proactive management of weekly and monthly financials, including P&L statements, budgets, and inventories.
