The Manager of Maintenance Regulatory Compliance at PSA Airlines plays a vital role in maintaining the company's adherence to aviation regulations and safety standards. This is a supervisory position responsible for overseeing maintenance regulatory compliance on a daily basis and coordinating with internal departments and external regulatory bodies, such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The manager acts as the primary contact for FAA requests, investigations, and correspondence related to regulatory compliance. Duties also include conducting root cause analyses on non-compliance events, managing regulatory corrective actions, and ensuring alignment with the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).
This role requires significant expertise in aviation maintenance, regulatory standards, and compliance auditing, combined with strong communication and analytical skills. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five years experience in aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, or auditing
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Statistical analysis capability
